    Important Information for Your Notarization  Appointment

Thank you for choosing my services. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone involved, please take a moment to review the following important guidelines. These policies are designed to protect your time, my time, and the integrity of the notarization process.

 ⚠️ Signer Awareness & Willingness

 Every signer must be fully aware and willing to participate in the notarization process. 

If the notary determines that a signer is incoherent or unwilling, the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. 

Please note: Travel and administrative fees will still apply.

  🪪  Acceptable Identification for Notarial Acts in Florida. To protect your legal interests, Florida law requires valid

identification for all notarial acts. Please have one of the following forms of ID ready at your appointment:

 🛂U.S. Driver License or Non-Operating ID Card

• Issued by a U.S. state or territory

•  May be expired if issued within the past 5 years

•  Must include a serial or identifying number

​

🛫U.S. Passport

•  Issued by the United States

•  May be expired if issued within the past 5 years

​

🎖️ U.S. Armed Forces Identification Card

•  Issued by any branch of the U.S. military

•  Must be unexpired

​

🏛️ Other Government-Issued ID Cards

•  Must be unexpired

• Must include: • Photograph • Signature • Physical description (height, weight, skin color, hair color)

• Issued by: • U.S. Government • U.S. State or Territory • Federally recognized Tribal Government

🌍 Foreign Passport with Valid U.S. Visa or Documentation

•  Must be unexpired

•  Must be accompanied by valid U.S. visa or other documentation establishing legal presence

🛡️ DHS-Approved Identification

• Must be unexpired

• Must be accompanied by supporting documentation as required by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security

⏱️Identification Delays We understand that things don’t always go as  planned. However, to respect everyone’s time:

• If a signer fails to provide proper ID or the notary is made to wait more than 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled without refund.

• If the notary is available to wait, a $1.00 per minute fee will be charged for the delay.

💲  Fees - We believe in transparency. Your booking charge includes:

• The Florida state minimum of $10.00 per notarized signature

• A travel fee

• Any applicable administrative fees ​

• Real Estate/Loan Packages & Estate Packages are charged differently. Due to the amount

        of pages & time it takes to complete.
