With our Remote Online Notary service, individuals and businesses can easily notarize

important documents without having to leave their homes or offices.

You will meet with a certified notary face-to-face with just a smart phone or computer and a stable internet connection.

If your documents require two or more signatures, you do not need to be together in the same place. You can have up to 5 people join us on the session through their own smart phone or tablet. If you need witnesses, we can provide them online.

When it comes to Remote Online Notarization, it is up to the signer to ask the receiving party if electronic signatures will be accepted.

How It Works

1. Schedule an appointment During the registration it will have you take a photo of your valid

state ID or passport and upload it. This is actually a simple process. Once you join the session,

I will have you hold your ID next to your face, to validate it is you.

2. Upload or email the documents, at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment, that need

to be notarized.

3. Get your tech ready. A smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a front-facing camera, and you

need a stable internet connection.

Cost efficient

The first document is $25.00 ( for the 1st signer)+ a fee of $10 for each notary stamp.
If you need several documents notarized, or have multiple signers, please call for a quote.
Witness fees are $10 each

Everyone participating must have a valid email address and a valid ID (such as a passport or driver’s license). They also need stable internet access and a device with a front-facing camera—like a smartphone, tablet, or laptop—to upload their ID.

Using my secure and easy platform, I will guide you step-by-step to ensure your documents are notarized correctly.

This service makes it easy for clients to handle important legal documents without needing to be physically present. It’s convenient, saves time, and ensures the documents are notarized correctly and legally, no matter where you are located.

Before the appointment, the client should email me the documents which need to be notarized, unless the signer already has them. I will upload the documents and invite the family members to join. This is helpful if the signer needs witnesses or does not have a valid ID. If the signer does not have a valid ID.

⚠️ When it comes to Remote Online Notarization it is up to the signer to ask the receiving party if electronic signatures will be accepted on the document as well as electronic notarizations. Certain documents and types of signings in certain States may not be accepted. Please note that rejected documents, if executed properly, will not be refunded if you have not checked with your receiving

party ahead of time.
