Every signer must be fully aware and willing to participate in the notarization process.
If the notary determines that a signer is incoherent or unwilling, the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled.
Please note: Travel and administrative fees will still apply.

If a signer fails to provide proper ID or the notary is made to wait more than 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled without refund.

If the notary is available to wait, a $1.00 per minute fee will be charged for the delay.

of pages & time it takes to complete.
Cancellation Policy
We know that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly
ask for written notice at least 24 hours in advance so we can best support all our clients.
